ANTS Launches Neuroimaging Workshop Series
By Isaiah Ailes
We're thrilled to announce the launch of our new workshop series, designed to help researchers and clinicians deepen their understanding of neuroimaging analysis and AI-driven methodologies.
What to Expect
Our workshops are built around three core tracks:
Imaging Modality Education covers the fundamentals and advanced topics in modern neuroimaging — from MRI physics and acquisition protocols to quality assurance best practices. Whether you're new to imaging or looking to sharpen your expertise, there's something here for you.
Processing Pipeline Training is a hands-on program where participants learn to design, build, and deploy automated data processing pipelines. We cover architecture decisions, cloud deployment strategies, and reproducibility standards.
AI in Neuroimaging introduces cutting-edge machine learning techniques for brain imaging applications. Participants will learn about deep learning fundamentals, model training and validation, and how to translate AI tools into clinical practice.
Who Should Attend
These workshops are designed for graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals who work with neuroimaging data. No prior programming experience is required for the fundamentals tracks, though some familiarity with scientific computing is helpful for the advanced sessions.
How to Sign Up
Workshops are offered on a rolling basis. If you're interested in bringing a workshop to your institution or joining an upcoming session, reach out through our contact page. We'd love to work with you.
